Make sure you keep all surfaces, doors and taps clean and in good working order.
Tiles and mirrors should be clean, cupboards to be kept neat and tidy inside, appliances to be in good working order and remove all exhaust fans and give them a good clean in some bleach.

Keep the house uncluttered. You want to create a feeling of space so that buyers can wander freely and discover the features and benefits of your home.

Fresh flowers in a vase on a table or bench top
Be sure to open curtains and blinds, and bring the outdoors in
Heating on a cold winters day, and cooling on a hot summers day
