Margaret was educated in North Sydney and, having lived on the Lower North Shore for the past 20 years, has a comprehensive understanding and perspective of the area that comes from being a local. She has bought and sold several properties in her own right on the Lower North Shore.
This first-hand experience has given her a deep understanding of the many complex issues and choices faced by both buyers and sellers and was the catalyst for her transitioning to a full-time career in real estate. With a long-standing interest in its early history, Margaret’s area of focus is the property market in Cammeray and surrounds.
