Good news for buyers and sellers – interest rates have decreased.
By 0.25%, to be exact.
Buyers will appreciate lower repayments and sellers will appreciate more motivated buyers.
This has added some positivity to the real estate market and bodes well for a busy winter. So, don’t let the ‘off season’ of June, July and August stop you from selling or buying.
As for the weather, rain and cold temperatures can keep potential buyers away and reduce the numbers at open homes. Having said that, serious buyers will still be out there looking.
