Real Estate Administrator Receptionist

Bring your genius administration and receptionist skills To Marriott Lane Real Estate.

We are looking for a new Receptionist/Administration Support person to join our busy and vibrant team.

You will assist in running this fast and fabulous front desk with your winning ways, initiative, and positive outlook as you:

• Action telephone and in-person enquiries at reception, including meeting and greeting guests
• Provide administrative support such as updating spreadsheets, filing, invoice assistance, obtaining and distribute mail and correspondence
• Undertake general assistance to the property management department.
• Have a high attention to detail and preemptive communications skills
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Knockout organizational, time management and interpersonal skills
• A multitasking genius with office administration experience.
• Intermediate to advanced MS Office – Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
• Ability to work on Saturdays with one day off during the week.
• Certificate of Registration not essential but a definite advantage or willingness to obtain one in the first 6 months.
