Wayne is the hands-on principal of Marriott Lane Real Estate.

He believes that the best residential sales service is delivered by a combination of three elements – each of which is essential.

Firstly, the individual salesperson must be committed, skilled and reliable. Next, there must be a strong team of other individuals who bring additional energy, buyer contacts and support to the sale of a property.

Finally, the agency provides the infrastructure, systems and profile that enhance the ability of the sales people to deliver superior marketing, more buyers, better pricing information and performance consistency to the sale. A positive and enthusiastic person, Wayne has built such an environment and so assisted well over 2,000 clients to buy and sell residential property in the Lower North Shore.

He is personally involved in selling properties, as well as attracting and leading a team of great individuals. Wayne has an unsurpassed knowledge of the area. He is also an expert negotiator with the ability to persuade people to move ahead on the path they want to be on.

He believes that the key to consistently achieving strong results involves delivering outstanding property presentation, a well implemented and targeted marketing campaign and a pricing strategy that attracts and engages buyers. Additionally, there is no doubt that the overall enthusiasm and attitude of the agent will have a large factor in determining the final selling price for your property.

Wayne is a family man with three children. Another passion is his participation in Masters track and field athletics. He is the current National 100 metre hurdles and State 300 metres hurdles titles holder for his age-group. No other person is better qualified to swiftly clear obstacles and give you a fantastic sales result.
