As life becomes busier for most people, buyers’ agents are becoming more common. They alleviate the long-winded search for the perfect property and negotiate with the sales agent on the buyer’s behalf, while sales agents negotiate on the seller’s behalf.
Recently, a couple from Melbourne purchased a property in Ridge Street North Sydney from us through a buyers’ agent. The buyers’ agent inspected the property and took a video for them. Everything combined resulted in the couple feeling confident enough to purchase the property without making the trip to Sydney.
Online marketing tools, such as virtual tours, along with buyers’ agents are fast becoming staples of the real estate industry. Sales agents should also be competent in digital marketing to make the process as seamless as possible.
