Why April is a tricky month for real estate  

Between Easter, Anzac Day and the school holidays, April can be an unpredictable month for the property market. But don’t be fooled into believing it’s an unproductive month.

Despite their busy schedules, serious buyers are still out looking at properties. It’s also a good month for sellers to prepare for a May or June sale, especially if they have some time off.

The first quarter of 2024 was extremely strong, particularly for two-bedroom apartments. We expect it to continue to be strong in the second quarter of 2024 and beyond.
