As you know we have had some issues with our property at 11/18 Boronia Street, Wollstonecraft. Since the issue with the deck was resolved, Andrea has worked tirelessly to secure good tenants. Eventually, she managed to secure tenants for 6 months, but they unfortunately gave early notice which caused Andrea to have to seek new tenants.
After many false starts, with tenants appearing keen and then pulling out at the last minute, Andrea finally managed to secure long term tenants.
I would just like to provide feedback on Andrea’s commitment to the role, her professionalism and humour (which was tested by some potential tenants!) and her honesty. I should also mention Stephen has good referrals and on several occasions, he went beyond what is typically offered (e.g. professional cleaning to ‘touch up’ the property, tending to the garden’s watering and fertilising). He is not afraid to get his hands dirty (helping with the cleaning!), doing the hard yards (working late into the night) and is almost always contactable by phone/messages.
