Ben Janson has managed a property for me for just under a year and in that time he has been efficient, reliable and more than helpful in dealing with all matters related to that property.

For example, there were some significant issues with the re-framing of a timber door that was urgently required and Ben handled all the ‘nuts and bolts’ of the project sourcing appropriate people to do the job and overseeing its completion in a timely and professional manner.

I have not had to worry about the management of the property which is a great relief and therefore appreciate Ben’s professionalism as well as his friendly and ‘can do’ attitude.
